Terms of Service

By using Gatherly (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Gatherly provides event-planning, RSVPs, group chat, booking links, and shared photo albums. Some features are free; some require a per-event payment.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

3. Content

You own what you upload. You grant Gatherly a non-exclusive license to store and display it for the purpose of running the Service. We won't use it for advertising or train AI models on it.

4. Payments & refunds

Tier upgrades are one-time, per event. Refunds within 7 days if the album hasn't been opened. Contact hello@gatherly.fun.

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, scams, or fraud.
• No illegal content or harassment.
• No reverse engineering the Service.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We try our hardest, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. For wedding-grade reliability needs, consider keeping a backup of critical media.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
